Our facility is a home-like environment with kind and supportive "Ohana" (family-like) team members. We fulfill our job duties with a high level of professionalism and treat residents and fellow team members with warmth and respect. We do our best to avoid drama. We believe that a clean, orderly well-run jobsite means that everyone can enjoy their work.


Caregiver Position Available

​Shifts available:
Various hours available


Job responsibilities:
  • Residents' care (ADL: bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding etc.).
  • Medication handling.
  • Communication with administrator/other team members about residents' condition and other ​matters.
  • Laundry, cleaning, light cooking.


Qualifications and desired attributes:
  • Experience in caregiving (at least six months).
  • Kind, caring and committed to working long term with the company (we offer potential for future ​growth).
  • Team player.
  • Responsible and willing to learn.
  • Criminal clearance, health checkup required.
  • Flexible schedule. Able to work some weekends.​
  • Able to speak Japanese or another Asian language (preferred skill, not mandatory).
  • Have a good understanding in Japanese culture (preferred attribute, not mandatory).
  • Willing to learn new culture and customs​.
